Always an honor to be published. Being seen in this big world is a gift. Dreaming big has always been easy for me. It is in the doing that we can achieve our dreams my friends.
Taking ten minutes to create something fresh is a favorite of mine. Using found objects, painting quickly, stitching, hand lettering all swirl together creating little stories.
I have grouped these littles into four - for ease of viewing.
When I paint I can see the deep roots from being a graphic designer + illustrator. I love layers and playing with paints, papers, stitching to create interesting images. Pen + Ink is always fun to add. I find my stories coming to life when I paint.
i have been a graphic designer and illustrator for over thirty years.
i love graphics, adore type. branding and styling is something that comes naturally to me. i have created for big fortune 500 companies (Target, Revlon, Liz Claiborne, USA Today, Ziploc) to name a few.
one of my first loves is creating a logo. i designed my first professional logo when i was 18 (and it is still being used today) i love branding and a good solid company needs a terrific logo. i pride myself on details of knowing what is needed to create the perfect fit logo. from Fortune 500 companies to local mom and pop shops i simply adore logos.
i also create for lots of boutiques and agencies worldwide.
i am lucky to illustrate everyday. i have several styles and love playing with pen and ink. most of my illustrations are created by hand then scanned into the computer. old school love.
